Beet - Avalanche White - RASA Garden Supply Company

An all white table beet (Beta vulgaris) with round roots and lush green tops. Roots have a sweet flavor that's less earthy than a red beet. This is a great beet for the fence sitters - folks who find the flavor of the red beets too harsh and prefer something more palatable. A 2015 All America Selections (AAS) winner.

Avalanche Beet is a biennial crop that will produce harvestable baby roots 45 days when seeding in ideal soil and climate conditions.
