Mouth-watering flavor and juiciness is the hallmark of this unusual orange-fleshed honeydew melon. A treasured heirloom from the Huerfano River area in southeastern Colorado. It easily won the taste-test against 20 other melons at Strong Roots Farm here in Northern California. Fruits are 5" to 6" across, and weigh about 5 lbs.
