Mild, juicy greens for salad mix. This is much the same blend you'd find in salad boxes at the store, but much fresher because you grow it yourself. In addition to several lettuces, possible ingredients include mild greens like spinach, mizuna, tatsoi, bekana, endive, sorrel, or arugula. Baby leaves may be cut with scissors and will regrow once or twice. Twisting off the outer leaves will enable faster regrowth and more harvests. Plants may also be spaced further apart and grown to full maturity if desired. Choose your own harvesting style. Packet contains 600 seeds.
