Uni-Gro® Charcoal is an ideal material for absorbing and eliminating odors created by waterlogged soil or other anaerobic conditions. Charcoal can also be added to the bottom of a planter to improve drainage. Other uses for charcoal included sweetening the soil when planting orchids and eliminating odors around the home.
