Orders placed by Wednesday at 12pm - and that travel 2-day transit - will be shipped for delivery by Friday. This includes the retail packaged items such as ladybugs, praying mantis, red wiggler worms, nematodes, and lacewing eggs.
Orders placed by Thursday at 12pm - and that travel overnight - will be shipped for delivery by Friday. This includes bulk bug orders and 'special bugs' such as the predatory mites that require immediate release.
The above deadlines and shipping times are dependent upon availability. The soonest that 'special bugs' can ship is usually Wednesdays.
